Aircraft Tear Down

When an aircraft reaches the end of its operational life, the teardown process is where the final chapter of asset value is written.

Built on Experience and Precision

Avocet has completed hundreds of teardown projects across a wide range of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft types, and we understand that every component removed, documented, and returned to the market represents real dollars recovered for our clients. Our approach is methodical, thorough, and built around maximizing the yield of every asset that comes through our facility, with industry-leading removal tags and traceability documentation that give downstream buyers the confidence to put parts back into service.

Turnkey Taerdown Solutions

We invest in the best aircraft tooling, equipment, and technical data to ensure that teardowns are performed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. Our dedicated disassembly facility at Sanford and additional ramp capacity at both locations allow us to run multiple teardown programs simultaneously. Whether you are a lessor winding down a portfolio, an asset manager monetizing parted-out inventory, a parts trader building stock, or a company retiring fleet assets, Avocet delivers a turnkey teardown solution, from first bolt removed to final inventory delivered. That you can count on.
